Caylin Payne

My name is Caylin Payne and I am currently a sophomore at the University of Delaware majoring in Mechanical Engineering and minoring in Integrated Design. I am an engaged student looking to develop more knowledge and experience in the practical application of Industrial Engineering. My whole life I have always leaned more towards STEM. In my free time I love to prototype and develop new models in SOLIDWORKS, and I am not afraid to take things apart and figure out how they work... and then put them back together! I have enjoyed sharing my interests and experiences through public speaking at Women in Engineering events. I look forward to expanding my professional network and exploring opportunities in different companies.
